Forget the scale.
What if you just did something you can actually trust to get your weight down, or keep it where you like it? No embarrassing scanning in the shop, no weighing your food. Just being full, and forgetting it was ever any different.
See how it worksEvery points system gets here eventually. It stops being about your body and starts being about the score.
But your body isn’t an account. It’s you.
A number is not a verdict.
You step on a scale and it gives you one number. Then something decides whether that number makes today a good day or a bad one. That is the part we left out, and we left it out on purpose.
Not because numbers don’t matter. Because one number can’t tell you what your weight is even made of.
In January 2025 the Lancet Commission changed how obesity is defined. Their conclusion: BMI alone misclassifies people, and body fat has to be measured too.
The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology, Commission on Clinical Obesity, 14 January 2025
A 2025 study of 4,252 adults found a high BMI was not linked to a significantly higher risk of dying. A large waist was, at four times the risk for heart disease.
Annals of Family Medicine, June 2025, University of Florida, NHANES data
Three things, and every one of them is built to give you more time than it takes.
We left out everything that needs a grand plan, a whole shopping trip or a free hour.
Food your body recognises
As little processing as possible. Not a diet, not a list of forbidden things. Just food that your body can actually do something with, chosen from what you find at a good price when you shop.
Breaks, so your body can work
Time between meals where nothing arrives. That’s when your body gets to do its own thing. No counting, no window you have to defend at a work dinner.
Movement inside your day
Not a training plan. Enough movement in the day you already have, on the stairs, on the way, in the ten minutes between two calls.
Ask in words instead of scanning.
“Can I have this?” “I hate vegetables.” Both are real questions and both need a real answer. Now, not after half a degree in nutrition. There is a barcode reader if you want one, but nothing here makes you stand in the aisle holding up your phone.
It answers like a person, not like a database.
Ask it anything, in your own words. You get a real answer, not a diet rule. And it never comments on what you ate. It is there to help, not to judge you.
You don’t manage SlimUs. You trust it and get on with your day.
That’s the difference. A points system needs you to run it: check, count, decide, defend. This runs underneath the week you already have. You look when you want to look, and the rest of the time it does the thinking so you don’t have to.
Insight as deep as you need it. So that you learn to trust yourself again.
Everything above is the whole product. Everything here is optional, and none of it switches itself on. If you want the detail, it’s there. We are glad when you stop opening it, because then we have done what we set out to do. You begin to trust that you are eating in a way your body can work with.
Macros, if you want them
Protein, carbs, fat, at a glance. Not as a budget you can blow, just as information you asked for.
Supplements, reordered in one tap
The ones you already take, back in the cupboard before they run out. No trip, no comparing labels at half past nine at night.
Built in stages
It starts where you are and moves when you’re ready. Nobody gets thrown into week one of someone else’s programme.
Carrying the shopping counts. So does the garden.
Not everything has to be training. Most of what your body needs happens in the day you already have, and the app treats it as what it is: real movement, not a substitute for what you can do naturally anyway.
Each stage opens when the one before it has become easy. Easy is measured by you.
Research in progress, and it says so.
Some of what the app tracks is well established. Some of it is promising and not settled. You can see which is which, on the screen, next to the thing itself.
Every other app would sell you the second group as fact. That is exactly the difference.
You’ll never pay for a gym you’re too embarrassed to walk into again.
The biggest gym is you. And your membership is called NEATs. Those are your everyday movements, and those are what we want to get going with you. A gym is fine too, of course. Just ask yourself: am I already moving enough in my day? Then you know.
People who are ready, and busy.
You don’t need convincing. You’ve wanted this for a while. What you’ve never found is something that survives a full working week.
The ones who eat standing up
Lunch at the desk, dinner from what’s left, and a fridge organised around everyone else. You know exactly what’s wrong with it. You’ve just never had a version that fits.
The ones who are always on the road
Hotel, canteen, station, and a dinner meeting at the end of it. Five times a day you choose between what is there and what you actually want. Here you see in two seconds which of it goes together.
The ones whose body has changed
Menopause, an injury, a decade. The same things stop working. That is what we built our app for.
The ones with the four o’clock snack
You want it, and you want to know in two seconds whether it’s a good idea. Without scanning a barcode while colleagues watch. Nobody needs to see you working at this. You get to look great, and how you do it stays your business.
Where SlimUs does what
You can use SlimUs anywhere. What it shows you depends on where you are.
In Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland, SlimUs works out your personal target values. In Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Malta and everywhere else, it shows you what you ate, with the general reference values alongside.
The reason is simple: in those countries, working out an individual requirement is reserved for doctors and dietitians. That is their work, not ours.
Being good to yourself shouldn’t be a second job.
SlimUs is in beta right now. What you find on slimus.app is the current state, with the price and everything that goes with it.
