1. What this site is for

lovesusalready.com introduces the apps and services that sit under the LovesUsAlready umbrella. It is an information site.

No contract is concluded through this site. There is no ordering function here, no sign-up and no payment. What you read here is a description, not a binding commitment.

2. Who is behind it

The provider of the apps presented on this site, including SlimUs and CoachUs, is Simone Unger.

SlimUs^® is a word mark registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office.

3. Where contracts are made

If you book one of our services, that does not happen here but on the site of the service itself:

• CoachUs and the community at coachus.community

The terms and conditions, prices, withdrawal information and privacy notice published there are the ones that apply. These terms of use say nothing about the content of such a contract. They cover your visit to this site only.

The CoachUs community also offers the Ursachenscan. That is a DTHgroup product and not part of LovesUsAlready. Its own terms apply to it.

For apps you obtain through an app store, that store’s terms apply in addition.

4. Content and rights

Text, images, graphics, the logo and the design of this site are protected by copyright. The rights belong to Simone Unger unless something else is expressly noted.

You may view the site, print it and link to individual pages. Anything beyond that, such as copying, adapting or distributing, needs our prior written consent. A short email is enough for us, we are approachable.

The trade marks and signs named here may not be used without permission.

5. Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not run ourselves, app stores for example. We have no influence over their content. At the time we placed the link, nothing unlawful was apparent there. Monitoring linked content permanently, without a concrete reason to, is not something we can reasonably be expected to do. If we learn of an infringement, we remove the link.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the site reachable, but we do not owe you that. Maintenance, trouble at our host or technical changes can take it offline for a while.

7. Liability

We have prepared the content of this site with care. We give no guarantee that it is accurate and complete, because circumstances change.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only where a duty is breached that you are entitled to rely on and that is essential to the purpose of using the site, and then limited to foreseeable damage typical of such use. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.

8. Not individual advice

What this site says about health, nutrition and personal development is general information. It does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic or nutritional advice and it is not a diagnosis. If you are having a hard time right now, your doctor or a psychotherapy practice is the right address.

9. Changes

When this site changes, these terms change with it. The version that applies is the one shown here. The date at the top tells you when we last touched it.

10. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another Member State of the European Union, the mandatory protective provisions of the state where you live remain unaffected. This choice of law takes none of them away from you.

If one of these provisions turns out to be invalid, the rest stay in force.
